Δασκαλοπούλου Θεοδώρα
She was born and raised in Grevena, but Volos has been the city where she has worked and fallen in love with over the past two years.
Her involvement in sports began at a young age through swimming, although she was always interested in exploring new sports and fitness methods. This passion, combined with the values she learned through athletics, motivated her to pursue a career as a coach, aiming to help others discover and enjoy the benefits of sports and physical activity.
She graduated from the Public Vocational Training Institute (IEK) of Grevena as a Sports Coach, specializing in swimming, and obtained a State Diploma of Professional Training as a Sports Coach after passing the certification exams of EOPPEP. During her studies, she completed an internship and continued working at A.S. Megas Alexandros Grevenon, where she managed swimming training programs for both children and adults.
She is a certified Personal Trainer from Base Training Academy and has obtained specialized certifications in TRX and Functional Training from A2Z Fitness. Additionally, she has completed first aid training as part of her lifeguard education. She is a member of the fitness team at Gym Way Fitness & Wellness at the Port and looks forward to training alongside the residents of Volos.
